Sunday 2nd August - Online Service

This week’s service is a video recording of our Service At Church last Sunday on the 26th July 2020.

This of course was a very special day, as this was the first time that the Church has been used for a Worship Service since the start of the Covid Crisis.

What a privilege and indeed, very humbling it was to see people gather in Fetteresso Church.

Of course, this was using the understandably very strict guidelines for Worship Services as outlined by the Scottish Government and the Church of Scotland.  This meant that there was no singing at the service, so any music praise items in this Online Service have been added in from our Digital Sound Archives.  Can you also note any videoing was only of the main participants on the Chancel or Organ Loft and there was no filming of any of the congregation.

Many thanks to Dr. Don Wood for leading us through this Service, and to James Dickinson for preaching.

It was good to hear the Willis Organ, so many thanks to Ian Gillis our Choirmaster and Organist for the Musical interludes.   Thanks to all who helped make this service possible they are acknowledge in Don’s introduction to the service.

So, whether At Church or At Home may God meet and minister to you through the Word and through the praises of His people.

“But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel”

Psalm 23v3

Keep Safe and Keep Singing (though not in Church)!!
